There is no requirement for t-shirts this year. Volunteers will be provided with aprons for identification.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTIONS
GENERAL - First shift will assist with set up and second or third will assist with clean up.
SET  UP TABLES, GET ICE & LOAD TRUCK & BREAK DOWN & LOAD TRUCK- Pre and post event hauling, toting and setting up and taking down.  Will require lifting.
LOBSTER PREPARATION /COOKING- Cook lobsters, prepare food items that are not premade, transfer lobsters from cooking area to plates. 
BRATS/BURGERS/COOKERS/SERVERS- Cook and serve brats and burgers for those persons not wanting lobster.
FOOD LINE SERVERS- As attendees go though food line, place items on plates.
WAIT STAFF- Assist guest to locate table area, bring beverages to table, offer to bring beer and soda, assist people who may need assistance carrying food, clean off tables, restock condiments, ensure hospitality of guests.
LOBSTER CRACKERS - Assist patrons with cracking open their lobsters.
PARK BEAUTIFICATION- Ensure that eating area is picked up and garbage cans are emptied.
BEVERAGE SERVERS/BARTENDERS-Serve beer and wine in bar area.
RAFFLE TICKET SELLERS- Circulate among guests selling tickets for the 50/50 raffle
LARRY/LOLA THE LOBSTER- For those who want to "claw" their way to the top of the volunteer core!  Circulate among the guests bringing smiles and merrimen
t decked out in a Lobster Costume.
TABLE JUDGE - Judge table decorations and themes for awarding prizes.
